ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s younger son, Hassan Nawaz, reappeared before the Panama case Joint Investigation Team (JIT) for the second time today.
Strict security arrangements have been out in place at the JIT Secretariat in the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad.
Hassan Nawaz earlier appeared before the JIT on June 2 and was questioned by the JIT for nearly seven hours.
Meanwhile, the premier’s elder son, Hussain, is expected to appear for the fifth time before the JIT on Friday.
The Supreme Court special bench overseeing the JIT’s probe, the other day, expressed satisfaction over the progress of the investigation after the JIT submitted its mid-term report.
The JIT, constituted on May 6, has 60 days to complete its probe and submit its final report to the Supreme Court.
