KARACHI: Karachi Division’s Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Munawar Raza and Secretary General Khawaja Tariq Nazir have rejected the Sindh budget for the FY2017-18 and termed it ‘unrealistic’.

They said that the education and health sectors have been neglected in the budget.

They said that the provincial government has started preparations of upcoming general elections-2018 through the budget.

They said that the announcement of jobs in thousands is a bid to content the party leaders, workers and supporters of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

The party is endeavouring to gain benefit from the upcoming general elections and it is a political budget.

Munawar and Tariq said that people of the province are dying of starvation and the Sindh chief minister enumerated fake development achievements.
