About 35 Islamabad Police personnel have been promoted to next grade.

Eight sub-inspectors, 14 assistant sub-inspectors and 13 havaldar are among the officials elevated to next grade. The police officials promoted include Arshad Ali, Muhammad Arshad, Abdul Hafeez, Muhammad Iqbal, Muhammad Aslam, Muhammad Saleem, Abrar Hussain, Aslam Tauqeer, Badar Muneer, Khalid Maqsood, Faiz Ahmed, Muhammad Umar Khan, Umar Hayat, Safdar Hussain, Muhammad Hussain, Muhammad Ashraf, Muhammad Zahoor, Mahmood Ahmed, Shahid Farooq, Noor Muhammad Ittefaq Ahmed, Jumma Khan, Waheed and Syed Ijaz Ali Shah.
