Study shows six out of ten Pakistanis want peace with India

ISLAMABAD, June 2 (INP) According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 6 in 10 Pakistanis believe Pakistan should take the first initiative in seeking peace with India.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Turning now to Pakistan’s relationship with India. For each of the following points on Pakistan’s relationship with India, do you personally agree or disagree? And would that be strongly or somewhat?” [Pakistan should take the first initiative in seeking peace with India.

In response to this question, 26% said they completely agree that Pakistan should take the initiative in seeking peace with India, 34% said they somewhat agree, 23% said they somewhat disagree, 11% said they completely disagree and 6% did not know.

  1. Balance 4 persons are free to do mayhem. All said and done intentions are never written on anyone’s face and India remains extra cautious to these overtures.

    Pakistan is country owned by Army and its deep state and nothing moves without their approval,
