QUETTA: The Balochistan government will be presenting its budget worth Rs320 billion on June 9.
Adviser to Chief Minister on Finance Sardar Aslam Bizenjo will present the budget in the provincial assembly.
Official sources are reported to have said that education, health and law and order sectors are likely to have a major share in the budget this year.
The provincial government has also proposed Rs80 billion for the development sector, showing an increase of Rs10 billion in comparison with the previous year.
A 10 percent increase in pensions and salaries of government employees is also expected, and the minimum wage for labourers is expected to be fixed at Rs15,000.
