United State Congress member Sheila Jackson has stated that Pakistan is not a terrorist country rather a victim of terrorism, reported local media outlet.
Moreover, another Congress member L. Green has stated that Pakistanis has been playing a vital role in American society.
During the Pak-US Friendship Summit, conducted on completion of 70-year friendship between both states, Congress members appreciated the role of Pakistani-Americans in the US.
L. Green further stated that the US will play its role in the resolution of Kashmir issue.“Pakistanis are progressing in every field of life including science, technology and politics,” she added.
Well, she is a Democrat some of whom are known to have a soft corner for Pakistan. Sweet woman that she is, Jackson is also an air head at times. In an October 2016 interview on MSNBC, Jackson denounced ‘Wikipedia’ in place of WikiLeaks. She was talking about Hillary Clinton’s email controversy when she said; “You know that I’m going to first of all denounce the utilization of this intrusion by Wikipedia through the Russian intrusion,” 🙂
