LAHORE: A female police offer has been appointed as the station house officer (SHO) of a police station in Lahore for the first time in seventeen years.
The announcement came on Saturday after deputy inspector general (DIG) – operations issued orders for the appointment and transferring of SHOs of numerous police stations.
Sub-inspector Ghazala Sharif was appointed as the SHO of the Rang Mahal police station.
