MUET enters into agreement with Australian university

HYDERABAD: The management of Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro has entered into a five-year agreement of academic linkage with Charles Strut University Australia.

According to the university’s spokesman, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Aslam Uqaili has signed the agreement at a simple but impressive ceremony on Thursday under which, the graduates and scholars of the university could receive scholarships as well as research and training opportunities to improve the education standard of the academic departments of the university.

Besides the vice chancellor, Planning and Development Director Sagheer Ahmed Memon is also the signatory of the agreement, the spokesman informed and added that Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Taha Hussain Ali, Registrar Abdul Waheed Umrani and Finance Director Munir Ahmed Shaikh were also present on the occasion.
