Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday sought a report from law enforcement agencies till May 8, in a case regarding the missing Danish woman of Pakistani origin along with her two daughters.

IHC Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the case filed by the husband of the missing woman, Tahir Imran Bukhsh, who was also a national of Denmark.

The counsel for the petitioner Ali Shah Gillani adopted the stance that his client’s wife Afsheen Bukhsh was on Pakistan visit along with her two daughters Hira and Dua after getting a visa.

They could not reach back home even after the expiry of their visa, he added.

He said that the woman was still missing despite of issuance of warrants from Interpol on expiry of her visa.

After hearing the arguments, the bench served notices to the respondents and sought a report till May 8.
