KARACHI: The Sindh government has in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 144 (6) Cr. PC imposed complete ban on throwing and dumping all kinds of material like solid waste, building material, industrial waste and any other solid material that might affect free flow of rain water in the Malir river bed for a period of 90 days with an immediate effect.
The SHOs of concerned police stations are authorised to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for the violation of Section 144 Cr. PC, said a statement on Thursday.
