According to documents, Punjab Education Department has sought details of all the schools functioning in Rawalpindi Division. According to sources, the funds in the budget have been allocated to supply clean drinking water to the schools, however, the authorities have failed to enforce and utilize the funds. The schools are located in seven tehsils including Kotli Sattain, Murree, Kahuta, Kalar Syedain, Taxila, Gujar Khan and Rawalpindi.
