Pakistan Air Force on Tuesday reported with regret that a Mirage fighter aircraft, while on a routine operational training mission, crashed near Thal. The pilot of the aircraft ejected safely and no loss of civilian life or property has been reported on ground. A board of inquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of accident. Meanwhile, an army aviation helicopter made a crash landing on Tuesday during a training flight near Trbela base.
