Pakistan and US are old allies though relations between the two countries have never been so ideal and there have been ups and down every now and then. But still both countries are pulling along, more or less in a friendly manner and continue making efforts for further improve of the ties for which there is lot of room.
No doubt, constant exchange of views at diplomatic level and through exchanges of delegations of businessmen, parliamentarians and others help in creating understanding and improving the existing ties between the two countries. As a matter of fact, every Pakistani wants to have meaningful improvement in relations between Islamabad and Washington and we hope that US leadership has better appreciation of Pakistan making great sacrifices in the war on terror and elimination of militancy and terrorism.
