Police nab 15 suspects during various raids

The rangers and Law-Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) along with police have apprehended some 15 suspects including 3 close relatives of local parliamentarian in various raids conducted in Rawalpindi and Attock.

The Rangers conducted raid at a house located in Manzoorabad, an area of Police Station Taxila and arrested Malik Amjad, Malik Azhar and Raja Amir all residents of Mohallah East of Manzoorabad and recovered 3 pistol 30 bore with 42 rounds, 3 SMG rifles with1599 rounds, 100 liter local liquor, 25 bottles liquor from their possession.

The police have shifted all the suspects to undisclosed location. During the raid, the local police arrested Zardad Khan and Hasnain Haider residents of Mohallah Manzoorabad East and later handed over them to Taxila Police.

The rangers and LEAs along with local police in Rawalpindi city conducted a search operation in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ganjmandi and searched some 110 houses of the area. During the operation, the police have apprehended some 7 suspects and recovered 2 pistol 9 MM with 2 magazines, 3 pistol with 30 bore with 26 round and 5 magazine, 2 repeater 12 bore, 3 mobile, 54 bottle beer and 1 Honda City care bearing registration number FY-434.

While, the Naseerabad Police arrested accused Amjad Khan a resident of Charsadda and recovered 1500 gram charas from his possession.
