Rab Nawaz, a resident of Chak 68-4R, killed his father over an agricultural piece of land dispute the other day.
Reportedly, the accused had a dispute with his father, Ameen, over an agricultural piece of land. On the day of the incident, they exchanged hot words following which Rab Nawaz shot his father dead and fled away. In another incident which happened at Chak 89-5R, one Ghafoor killed his wife Rubina Bibi and escaped.
‘ENCROACHMENTS TO BE REMOVED’: DCO Waqas Ali Mehommod said that encroachments would be removed without bowing to pressure from any corner, according to the orders of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. He said in this campaign, traders and the general public of the city were cooperating and playing a vital role. The DCO added Sahiwal would be made a beautiful city.
