A community centre would be set up each in Karachi and Thatta at a cost of Rs 34.3 million, Sindh Social Welfare Minister Begum Nargis ND Khan said on Monday. She said that these community centres would contribute towards social welfare activities. The minister said that the present democratic government is committed to resolve people’s problems. She said that the members of the provincial assembly are holding open kutcheries on the directives of the chief minister. The minister also heard the grievances of people at the Chief Minister’s Complaint Cell at issued directives to address them.
