Multan, Lahore advance in PHF Jr Super League

Multan, Lahore and Peshawar won their matches in the 3rd PHF Junior Super Hockey League while Faisalabad were held to a one-all draw by Sialkot here at the National Hockey Stadium on Sunday. In the four matches played after a day’s rest, Multan saw tough resistance from Karachi but were successful in winning 4-3.
Lahore too struggled to win the match 2-1 against PHF Academy. It was only Peshawar which achieved a big margin win of 6-2 against Quetta while Faisalabad, which got the lead in the opening minutes of the games, were held to a draw by Sialkot. Sialkot will face Peshawar, Quetta take on Faisalabad, Lahore meet with Multan and Karachi will play PHF Academy.
