Libraries are good places to learn. They are no doubt helpful but they will only aid people if libraries are constructed or at least the constructed ones are maintained. With less than 15 libraries in a city like Karachi, people especially students are suffering as they are unable to find libraries good enough to be visited. The ones maintained are far from the reach of lower middle class, and the rest are not functioning the way they should. It is a humble request to the authorities to take notice of this issue and build well-equipped libraries so that public can get assistance from them.
