LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has invited 200 students from Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan to watch the final match of the Pakistan Super League in Lahore.
The Punjab CM has invited 200 students from Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan to watch the final match in the Punjab government enclosure.
The CM said, “The final match is a national event”, and added that the government has strengthened national unity by involving students of the other federating units in its educational programmes; similarly, the students of other provinces, AJK and the Gilgit-Baltistan have also been invited to watch the match.
The CM said that this step of the Punjab government would promote national unity, brotherhood and interprovincial harmony.
The chief minister has also invited the students of Daanish schools, PEEF scholars, best education administrators and health professionals to watch the match.
The CM said, “These students would watch the final match in Qaddafi Stadium as my special guests”.
Moreover, 25 PEEF students, eight best education administrators and 12 best health professionals would watch final match on an invitation of the chief minister.
