Former Pakistan wicketkeeper Zulqarnain Haider has reached Lahore with a hope that the joint inquiry of the PCB and the ICC will yield positive results.
Talking to journalists on his arrival in the city on Friday, he said that the PCB and ICC have pledged to clear the sport of the corrupt people and he will soon be revealing the names of the players involved in corruption. “I cannot reveal their names now as an inquiry is being conducted and giving their names would create problems,” he added.
He further stated that he was very happy to know that some of the bookies who threatened him were arrested.
