SEHWAN: Those who threw body parts of the blast victims by a drain will be dealt with an iron fist, said Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah during his visit to the shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sehwan on Sunday morning.
While speaking to the media, the chief minister said he was ashamed of the way remains of the blast victims were treated. He expressed grief over the killing of 88 people. “This is the time to unite and fight terrorists,” he said.
He said all the necessary facilities will be provided to the people injured in the blast at Lal Shahbaz Qalandar shrine.
Moreover, the chief minister admitted female police constables should have been deployed at the shrine.
On Saturday, it was reported the remains of blast victims were left out in the open by a drain in the city. The issue surfaced after locals complained of rank smell rising from the decomposing human remains. ……if the remaining body parts of victims are seen in the drains is equally horrible what the terrorists did. Fighting against terrorism is of no use when human bodies are not respected. Terrorists like Osama bin Laden and the Taliban are friends of pakistan. Pakistan should realise that terrorists are not friends of anybody. Otherwise innocent people of pakistan and in other countries will only suffer.
