Azad Jammu Kashmir President Masood Khan has strongly condemned the tragic incident in which some unknown people have fired gunshot at Allama Tasawar Al-Jawadi near Muzaffarabad and rendering him critically wounded.
“This is coward act and conspiracy against the religious and sectarian harmony in the peaceful state,” he said. The president said that all those who believe in and stand for sectarian harmony in Azad Jammu Kashmir condemn this act in strong words. He called upon the followers of all sects to remain calm and do not fall prey to the conspiracy of the element that want to create sectarian strike and unrest in AJK.
He hoped that perpetrators of this heinous crime will be apprehended at the earliest, and added, “We also pray for quick recovery of AllamTassawar Al-Jawadi.”
