Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said the government is giving priority to the development of Balochistan and Sindh.
He was talking to Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri who called on him in Islamabad on Friday.
They discussed progress on the ongoing development projects in the province.
The prime minister also met Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair and discussed the prospects of development in Sindh.
Nawaz Sharif said the government has initiated several projects for the people of Sindh including energy, infrastructure and social sectors.
He said with mutual consensus of all stakeholders, we acted for bringing peace in Karachi and by the grace of Almighty Allah, law and order situation has substantially improved there.
The Sindh Governor thanked the prime minister for reposing trust in him and stated that he will perform his duties for the benefit of the people of Sindh and further strengthen the link between the federal and provincial governments.
