The Provincial Minister of the Zakat and Usher Malik Nadeem Kamran welcomed the rally of the 10 cyclists who reached here at the National Hockey Stadium, Lahore. Additional Secretary Sports Waheed Akhtar Ansari, Punjab Director General Sports Fehmeeda Mushtaq, Director Admin Saleem, Director Sports Hafeez Bhatti, Deputy Director Anees and other officials also accompanied him.
Nadeem appreciated and encouraged the national enthusiasm and passion of the cyclists who had arrived in Lahore from Muzaffargarh for an anti-narcotics campaign. He emphasised the need to attain a healthy society by the promotion of sports in order to nip evils like terrorism and drug addiction.
