RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has directed for quick evacuation, best medical care to victims of Parachinar blast.
The COAS on the occasion reiterated that terrorists will fail in their attempt to regain lost relevance, the ISP in a statement said Saturday. He said the terrorist would be defeated on all fronts.
