Karachi is the fourth cheapest city in the world, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit’s Worldwide Cost of Living Survey.
Based on the prices of more than a 160 items around the world, the survey’s findings also ranked Chennai, Algiers and Almaty fourth on the list. Lusaka in Zambia was ranked as the cheapest city in the world, while Bangalore and Mumbai were placed second and third respectively.
