Motorbike ambulance service launched in Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif launched a pilot project of motorbikes ambulance service.

Addressing a ceremony on Saturday, he said initially this project would consist of 1000 motorbikes to start this service at the divisional headquarters.

“Staff recruitment is underway and this service would ensure speedy access to the accident site,” he said.

Former member Scottish Parliament Hanzla Malik handed over keys of 10 motorbikes to the chief minister on the occasion.Also, the rescue 1122 staff displayed the act of providing first aid to the injured one through motorbike.
