Police claimed to have seized 1,000 kilograms of explosives from a car here on Tuesday.
According to details, police stopped a car at picket in Zarghwanabad area for checking. Police found 1,000 explosives and 29 detonators from the car during the checking.
Seizing the explosives, the police arrested the three occupants of the vehicle.
The arrested men were identified as, Umar Farooq, Sajjad Ali and Mehrban Ali.
Police Registered case and shifted the accused undisclosed location for interrogation.
