Vice Minister of the Communist Party of China meets Punjab CM

Vice Minister International Department of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Zheng Xiaosong has appreciated the vision of Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif and said that under his dynamic leadership, work is being carried out speedily on CPEC projects.

He said that he and members of his delegation have been greatly impressed by the unprecedented speed of work the Punjab government.

He said that the chief minister had made a great effort for the success of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and increasing Pak-China economic relations and that his role is appreciable.

He said that sending students from Punjab to China for learning the Chinese language is an appreciable step on the Punjab government’s behalf and will result in the further promotion of love among the people of the two countries.

He said that he is happy to see the implementation of CPEC projects with transparency, quality and speed in Punjab.

Vice Minister International Department of Central Committee of Communist Party of China, Zheng Xiaosong met Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif here on Sunday.

Matters of mutual interest, promotion of Pak-China relations and the strengthening of contacts between PML-N and Communist Party of China were discussed during the meeting.

The meeting agreed to take effective steps for further promoting ties between the Communist Party of China and the PML-N.

Communist Party of China International Department Bureau Director General Yuan Zhibing was also present on the occasion.

The CM said that China is a trustworthy ally of Pakistan and that the present leadership of Pakistan attaches great importance to its bonds with China. He also said that the Chinese leadership expressed full confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

CHAIRMAN TURKISH INVESTMENT GROUP MEETS SHEHBAZ SHARIF

Turkish Investment Group Chairman Ahmet Albayrak met Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the chief minister’s Office.

Ahmet Albayrak showed deep interest in investments in the housing and social sectors in Punjab during the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said that Pakistan and Turkey are historical allies and that Turkey has supported Pakistan in every of difficulty.

The chief minister appreciated the spirit of the people of Turkey and their commitment to democracy.
