Minister Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Punjab, Khawaja Salman Rafique presided over a meeting on Saturday at Civil Secretariat to review the arrangements of Tayyip Erdogan Hospital project.
Secretary Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Najam Ahmad Shah, Chief Executive Infrastructural Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) Mujahid Sherdil, Addl. Secretary Development (Health) Musarrat Jabeen, Deputy Secretary Health (Technical) Dr Yadullah, Chief Planning Officer (Health) Abdul Haq Bhatti and officers of police department attended the meeting. Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan Division, DCO and DPO Muzaffargarh participated in the meeting through video-link.
Chief Planning Officer Abdul Haq Bhatti informed the meeting that first phase of the extension of Hospital would be completed at a cost of Rs. 3.8 billion.
The minister said that the expansion of Tayyip Erdogan Hospital is a mega project which would enhance the quality healthcare services for the people of southern Punjab and they would get best medical treatment in the hospital.
The inaugural ceremony of the project would be held in January 2017.
It should be completed as soon as possible. so that maximum people can get well soon.
