The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday reserved verdict in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen’s disqualification case till December 15.

PTI Chief Imran Khan denied all the allegations and submitted a reply, stating that Bani Gala house was purchased after taking loan from Jemima.

In a reply, it was also mentioned that Jemima’s loan was paid by selling a flat in London.

Meanwhile, the chief election commissioner (CEC) expressed resentment over forwarding reference against Jahangir Tareen without evidence. The plaintiff’s lawyer urged the authorities to summon record submitted by Jahangir Tareen in Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on which CEC said, “We didn’t ask you to file reference’.

Subsequently, the ECP adjourned the hearing till mid of December. Moreover, the PTI and the government leaders continued bashing each other outside the ECP.

Earlier, Imran Khan submitted reply in Supreme Court over Hanif Abbasi’s allegations pertaining to ownership of offshore companies.

Khan said London flat was purchased in £117,000 from foreign income while the whole asset of Niazi Service Limited Company was London flat.

He revealed that Bani Gala land was bought in Rs 43.5 million on lease in 2002. He stated that Jemima paid money for Bani Gala land due to delay in London flat‘s sale which was sold in £715,000. He assured that asset details were not misrepresented and termed accusations against him as baseless.
