PML-Q MPs link new provinces with joining PPP coalition

The Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) stalwarts have suggested the party leadership link joining the PPP coalition government at the Centre with the creation of new provinces in the country. PML-Q sources said party legislators from southern Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had held a meeting with party high command to convey their suggestions.
Senator Jamal Leghari, who called on PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain at his residence, said the PML-Q should join the PPP govt on assurance of the creation of the Siraiki province. Meanwhile, the newly-elected member of the National Assembly, Owais Leghari and a delegation of Hazara Division, separately met Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Pervez Elahi.The PML-Q leader demanded that the party’s joining the PPP-led government should be linked with the formation of Siraiki and Hazara provinces.
