Gilgit-Baltistan’s Minister for Planning and Development, Iqbal Hassan on Wednesday said that the Federal Government has allocated five billion rupees under public sector development program for producing hydro energy to overcome power shortage in Gilgit Baltistan.
In a Radio interview, he said the government is spending three billion rupees in energy sector to overcome the energy shortage in the region.
