40 more dengue cases reported in Rawalpindi

The dengue fever outbreak in Rawalpindi has risen to a dramatic level as 40 more patients were reported to have been admitted in various hospitals within the last 24 hours.

The viral fever has spread with great speed and despite precautionary measures adopted by the authorities.

The toll of patients affected by the bite of Aedes mosquito carrying the deadly disease has reached to an unprecedented figure of 3600 cases for 2016. Moreover, four deaths from dengue fever have also been confirmed in the district of Rawalpindi.
