LTC to provide buses to facilitate participants of Raiwind congregation

Lahore Transport Company (LTC) will start exclusive operation of bus service with the collaboration of its private transport operator in order to facilitate the commuters during the second phase of the Raiwand congregation in Lahore.

Mini buses will operate in the second phase of the congregation from November 10 to 13. For this special occasion, alignments of two different routes are made for the smooth operation of exclusive shuttle service. Lahore Transport Company (LTC) Chief Executive Officer Khawaja Haider Latif said that the main object of the organisation was to impart tranquil transport facilities to the people coming from far flung areas to attend the congregation.

In accordance with the operational plan, mini buses will operate parallel on two various routes starting from General Bus Stand and bus bays outside Railway Station. Route No. 1 shuttle service will start from Railway Station via Allama Iqbal Road, Dharampura, Muslim Town, Thokar, Qazalbash Chowk and Bhoobatian Chowk to the Raiwand congregation.

Whereas the second route will commence from General Bus Stand via Data Darbar, Government College University, Outfall Road, Band Road, Babu Sabu Interchange, Motorway, Qazalbash Chowk and Bobhatian Chowk to Raiwand.
