At least four people died and another two were seriously injured in a collision between two dumper trucks here on Sunday.
Rescue sources said two over-speeding and recklessly driven dumpers collided with each other at Sargodha Road in Chak Bahadur area of Chiniot.
Four people died in the accident while two others sustained serious wounds. The bodies and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital where the condition of the wounded persons was also stated to be critical.
The police impounded both vehicles, and have started an investigation after registering a case.
