Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has sent Rs 26 billion legal notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan on Friday for levelling baseless allegations against him.
The notice has been sent to Imran Khan at his residences in Zaman Park in Lahore, Bani Gala and PTI Headquarters in Islamabad.
Earlier, in a series of tweets, the PTI chairman said the biggest lie of Sharif brothers was their claim they don’t lie.
The mother of all lies, he said, was that Sharif brothers made no agreement with Saudi Arabia for exile, a reference to events that took place after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was driven out of power in a military coup and led to departure of the ruling family of Saudi Arabia.
He said PTI leaders Jahangir Khan Tarin and Aleem Khan would sue Shahbaz Sharif for what he said levelling false allegations against them.
The Punjab Chief Minister told media that he would sue Imran Khan for levelling allegations of corruption against him. Earlier, Khan said Javed Sadiq, a Canadian businessman of Pakistani origin made millions of rupees while acting as the frontman of Shahbaz Sharif.
Greed for money never ends for this man but he will be disappointed this time.
