Participants of Pak-China Friendship Car Rally visited various cultural and historical places in Lahore on Tuesday.
The participants laid floral wreath on Allam Iqbal’s mausoleum and wrote ‘Pak-China friendship Zindabad’ in the guests book.
After visiting the mausoleum, the rally participants danced on the rhythm of drumbeats. A Chinese woman enthusiastically played the drum.
The participants also visited Lahore Fort and Badshahi Mosque and saw its various areas.
On Monday evening, they witnessed flag lowering ceremony at Wahga Border.
The Pak-China Friendship Car Rally reached Lahore after travelling through Lahore-Islamabad Motorway on Monday.
The rally is meant to highlight the significance of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Lahore District Coordinator Officer Captain (R) Muhammad Usman received participants of the rally at Thokar Niaz Baig.
The rally will leave for Karachi on Thursday.
