Pakistan’s former President Asif Ali Zardari received a call from US Senator John Mc Cain to exchange ideas over peace and stability in the sub-continent.
Pakistan People’s Party Co-Chairman Zardari told the US Senator that India was spreading propaganda against Pakistan.
“India wants to hide its atrocities over innocent Kashmiris by this propaganda,” he said.
“Pakistan wants to solve the Kashmir issue through dialogue,” he added.
The US Senator appreciated Pakistan’s role in fighting terrorism. He lauded the sacrifices of Pakistanis for the War on Terror.
Zardari said that Pakistan had never supported terrorism. However, it has always been victim to terrorism.
