A woman was tortured and her head was shaved by her in-laws in Samanabad area on Thursday.
Sanobar was married about ten months ago and her husband was in Saudi Arabia for job but she was not allowed to visit her parents’ house.
Her parents had come to meet her on Friday when her in-laws did not allow their meeting. On her insistence, Sanobar’s sister-in-law tortured her and shaved off her head.
The police arrested the sister-in-law and registered a case against her.
