Sindh Rangers claimed to have recovered huge cache of weapons from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) unit office in Golimar area and party’s sector office in New Karachi.
The spokesman for the paramilitary force said, arms were seized were hidden underground in the backyard of MQM’s 167 unit office.
According to the spokesman, the weapons found at the MQM offices include one Light Machine Gun, twelve 7mm rifles, two Submachine Guns (SMGs), four magazines, 2500 SMGs cartridges, 150 rounds of 7mm.
The seized weapons were used to spread unrest and carrying out targeted killings in Karachi, the spokesman added.
