The police claimed to have foiled a major terror bid and recovered huge cache of weapons hidden in a car in Peshawar.
On a tip-off, the police conducted checking of a car and found Indian made weapons hidden in secret areas of a car in Peshawar. Twenty five pistols, eight rifles and over 200 cartridges were also recovered.
According to police sources, the suspected persons were trying to smuggle the weapons.
The three suspects, including a driver were arrested and shifted to relevant police station for investigations.
