Teenager commits suicide over failure in SSC exam

A teenage student committed suicide over failure in secondary school certificate (SSC) examination on Saturday.

Police said that 14-year-old youngster hailing from village 47-WB of Vehari was disappointed over the failure in recently-held SSC examination and teasing of the relatives and friends.

The dishearten teenager committed suicide by shooting him in his head. The body was shifted to hospital where it was handed over to heirs after postmortem.

Meanwhile, the police after registering a case into the incident have started an investigation.
