Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former prime minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that a forward bloc in the government may surface at any time.
Talking to media after extending condolences to MPA Aamir Sultan Cheema over the sad demise of his father in Sargodha, the PML chief said internal differences existed in the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and a forward bloc could surface at any moment.
He said the government was running till now because of mutual differences of the opposition, adding that if the opposition was united, then the government could not stay even for a moment. “And if the opposition parties do not unite, then the opposition’s anti-government movement has no future; for bringing down the government, a movement has to be launched,” he added.
In response to a query, Shujaat said Pakistan People’s Party chief Bilawal Bhutto was talking more than his age, adding that “we will see how he embarks on a container”.
Earlier, PML chief Shujaat paid glowing tribute to the deceased for his national, political and public services.
