The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Wednesday sealed a private school in Lahore’s Johar Town when the students were inside.
LDA officials sealed the building for constructing a school on a non-commercial area. The students used the back door to enter the school after which, the authorities opened internal doors and put a lock on the main gate.
The principal of the school said that the action was taken without pre-notice of evacuation.
The students said that they were going for assembly when the incident took place and they were locked up in the classrooms.
