PAT to hold sit-ins in five different cities today

The Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) is ready to hold sit-ins in five different cities including Lahore today.

The party supporters will lead a rally from Lahore Press Club to Punjab Assembly where PAT Chief Tahir-ul-Qadri would address the participants via telephone.

In Karachi, Awami Muslim League (AML) President Sheikh Rasheed would supervise the rally from Numaish Chowrangi to Tibet Centre while Khawaja Amir Fareed Koreja would lead the people towards Islamabad’s Abpara Centre.

On the other hand, the PAT would protest at Kachehri Chowk in Faisalabad whereas another rally would move towards Sialkot from Gujranwala.

Qadri said there is no need of such democracy in which the prime minister is not answerable.
