A person gunned down his wife after an exchange of hot words over domestic issues on Tuesday.
Police said that the incident took place in Dhamtour locality of Abbottabad where a man exchanged harsh words with his wife over domestic issues. The verbal clash turned violent after which the accused opened straight fire at the wife, killing her on the spot.
The man fled from the scene after committing the murder.
The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem and the police after registering a case against the murderer started raids for his arrest.
