The media on Wednesday staged a token walkout from Senate to protest against the Cyber Crimes Bill 2016.
Chief Whip of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Mushahidullah Khan, who went after them, later informed the House that the media persons were protesting against not taking them into confidence on the bill.
Senate Chairman Mian Raza Rabbani asked Mushahidullah to arrange meeting of the media representatives with the quarters concerned to address their concerns over the bill.
