At least five persons were killed while many others were injured in different areas of Lahore in rain-related incidents on Sunday.
In the first incident, a roof of a quarter collapsed in Multan Chungi, leaving one labourer dead and five wounded.
In the second incident, one man was killed and a woman sustained injured in a roof collapse in Ichra.
All the injured were shifted to Jinnah hospital for medical assistance.
In another incident, the wall of a house caved in due to which four children trapped under the rubble on Bund Road.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the children to the hospital where three aged between 5-10 succumbed to their injuries whereas six-year-old Afaq is under medical care.
