A spokesman for Pakistani High Commission in Turkey Abdul Akbar has confirmed that all Pakistani are safe in Turkey and efforts are underway to bring them back to Pakistan.

In an interview, he said arrangements have been made to send stranded Pakistanis from Istanbul airport via two flights to Islamabad and Karachi.
Meanwhile, Turk Airline has started special flight operation to take the Pakistanis stranded at the Istanbul airport back to their country.
A Turk airline flight TK-708 carrying 140 passengers has arrived in Karachi. Most of the passengers on board the flight were travelling from the United States and Canada.
Another flight TK-118 has also left Istanbul for Karachi. Some other flights are also expected to bring the Pakistanis back home.
